- You can borrow a ROMOSS sailing 3 battery bank for on-site use to recharge the batteries of your mobile phones and other digital devices.
- There are four computer workstations. You can use the OpenOffice software and an ID card reader on the computer.
We offer free individual and group training in Tallinn Libraries. We will agree on the time and place of the training together. The topics can be adapted and combined. We’ll find the right option for you.

- Saving via librarian sending to the reader’s e-mail address 0,20 € per page.

We invite kindergarten groups, classes and teachers to visit us for library hours.
- Library hour is an educational and participatory non-formal educational program in the library.
- It lasts about 45 minutes.
- Educational programmes are free of charge for Tallinn educational institutions! (except Culture Ticket classes). For institutions outside Tallinn, the library’s price list applies (except via Culture Backpack). ↓
Tallinn Libraries sell fiction (including children’s literature and poetry) and non-fiction books that are out of date, in large print or in new editions. Book prices start from € 0,15. The books on sale can be consulted at the library. The proceeds of the sale will be used to buy new books.
Libraries occasionally organise book fairs, keep an eye on our news, events calendar or join our newsletter. We also share information on our social media channels on Facebook and Instagram.
We offer our readers the opportunity to use our training class for free. Group size up to 15 people.
To organise paid training courses, events or public events, the same space can also be rented at 40 € per hour, with a coefficient of 0,4-1,0.

For visitors with special needs
- You can access the library in a wheelchair or with a stroller via the ramp in front of the building. An elevator leads to the second floor.
- We have a disabled toilet.
- Parking is free in front of the building, where three parking spaces have been allocated for library visitors. Between 10am and 7pm, parking is free for up to 2 hours with a parking meter.
- The service counter and training classroom are equipped with a hearing loop that you can use with your hearing aid in hearing loop mode.
- You can borrow a magnifiying glass for on-site use.
