Companies, institutions and individuals wishing to use the premises of Tallinn Libraries for commercial photography or filming are kindly requested to contact our Communications Specialist in advance:

There is a fee for commercial photography and filming – €65/hour.

Photography and filming of public events and training courses in Tallinn Libraries is free of charge for journalists. However, we kindly ask you to coordinate this with the library manager or the event organiser in advance.

Before the event, participants should be informed that they will be filmed or photographed and given the opportunity to opt out if they wish. No photography or filming will be permitted unless the library and the event audience have been informed in advance.

If you would like to interview a speaker or record a performance, please also inform the library in advance.

We also ask that when publishing photos taken at the event, the Tallinn Libraries are acknowledged as the source.

Photography and filming by library staff

We sometimes take photos and videos of our events to share the great moments on the Tallinn Library’s social media channels and to store the memories in the archive. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let the organiser know before the event.
