Services
- You can borrow a ROMOSS sailing 3 battery bank for on-site use to recharge the batteries of your mobile phone and other digital devices.
- There are two computer workstations. Both computers have the OpenOffice office suite, an ID card reader, and it is possible to print. WiFi is available in all our libraries.
You can borrow e-readers from Tallinn Libraries for 21 days without the possibility of extending the return period.
You can borrow a BOOX Go Color 7 (Gen II) e-reader from Männi Library.
We offer free individual and group training in Tallinn Libraries. We will agree on the time and place of the training together. The topics can be adapted and combined. We’ll find the right option for you.

Copies and printing

Scanning
- Scanning by a librarian and sending to the reader’s email address 0,20 € per page.
You can play various board games at the library.
We invite kindergarten groups, classes and teachers to visit us for library hours.
- Library hour is an educational and participatory non-formal educational program in the library.
- It lasts about 45 minutes.
- Educational programmes are free of charge for Tallinn educational institutions! (except Culture Ticket classes). For institutions outside Tallinn, the library’s price list applies (except via Culture Backpack). ↓
Tallinn Libraries sell fiction (including children’s literature and poetry) and non-fiction books that are out of date, in large print or in new editions. Book prices start from € 0,15. The books on sale can be consulted at the library. The proceeds of the sale will be used to buy new books.
Libraries occasionally organise book fairs, keep an eye on our news, events calendar or join our newsletter. We also share information on our social media channels on Facebook and Instagram.
Almost all of us have books at home that we’ve read once but don’t want to read again. I’m sure there’s someone somewhere who needs that book for themselves. You can bring the book(s) you no longer need from home to our library and pick up a new one from the library’s book exchange shelf.
We offer our readers free use of our group room, which seats up to 9 people, has tables and chairs, a large screen to connect to a laptop, and one wall can be used as a whiteboard.
For readers with special needs
- Wheelchairs and strollers can access the library via a ramp.
- We have an accessible toilet.
- The service counter has a hearing aid’s hearing loop, which you can use with your hearing aid in hearing loop mode.
- You can borrow a magnifying glass from the service counter.

If you are a resident of Tallinn and are temporarily or permanently disabled and unable to visit the library, you can use the free home delivery service.

Parking
- When coming to the library by car, turn onto the side road opposite the Männi bus stop on Keskuse Street, drive straight for about 55 meters, and when the road splits into two, turn right. After 40 meters, turn left into the parking lot behind the library building. The lot can accommodate up to three cars at a time, and parking is free.
