- You can borrow a ROMOSS sailing 3 battery bank for on-site use to recharge the batteries of your mobile phones and other digital devices.
- There are four computer workstations. You can use LibreOffice software and an ID card reader. One computer workstation is equipped with a scanner. Computer time can be booked in advance on the spot, by e-mail or by phone.
You can borrow e-readers from Tallinn Libraries for 21 days without the possibility of extending the return period.
You can borrow the BOOX C65ML and BOOX Go Color 7 (Gen II) e-readers from the Kalamaja library.
We offer free individual and group training in Tallinn Libraries. We will agree on the time and place of the training together. The topics can be adapted and combined. We’ll find the right option for you.

At Kalamaja Library, you can play board games on site or borrow them to take home.

From the Kalamaja library and Kadrioru library you can borrow a joint ticket to the Tallinn Literary Centre and Tallinn City Museum or a ticket to Estonian Health Museum which gives you the opportunity to visit these museums free of charge. You can borrow both individual and family tickets.

We invite kindergarten groups, classes and teachers to visit us for library hours.
- Library hour is an educational and participatory non-formal educational program in the library.
- It lasts about 45 minutes.
- Educational programmes are free of charge for Tallinn educational institutions! (except Culture Ticket classes). For institutions outside Tallinn, the library’s price list applies (except via Culture Backpack). ↓

Tallinn Libraries sell fiction (including children’s literature and poetry) and non-fiction books that are out of date, in large print or in new editions. Book prices start from € 0,15. The books on sale can be consulted at the library. The proceeds of the sale will be used to buy new books.
Libraries occasionally organise book fairs, keep an eye on our news, events calendar or join our newsletter. We also share information on our social media channels on Facebook and Instagram.

From the sports equipment collection you can borrow for free of charge various training equipment, exercise and training games and other mobility-related equipment.
For visitors with special needs
- We have an accessible toilet and a wheelchair lift. We will assist you with the use of the wheelchair lift, call 683 0970 when you arrive. Parking is charged in front of the library.
- The service counter has the hearing aid’s hearing loop, which you can use with your hearing aid in hearing loop mode.
- You can borrow a magnifying glass from the service counter.
