For readers with special needs

  • You can access the library in a wheelchair or with a stroller via the ramp in front of the building. An elevator leads to the second floor.
  • We have an accessible toilet.
  • The service counter and training classroom are equipped with a hearing loop that you can use with your hearing aid in hearing loop mode.
  • You can borrow a magnifiying glass for on-site use.

Public transport and parking

Public Transportation

  • We are located near the Maleva stop (buses 32, 33, 73, and 73; trams 1, 2, and 5)
  • You can view public transportation schedules at transport.tallinn.ee

Parking

  • For those arriving by car, there is a parking lot in front of the library where you can park for free for up to two hours using a parking meter. You can drive to the library via Tuulemaa Street, turning onto Kangru Street and then turning left.
  • Another option for those arriving by car is to drive to the end of Sõle Street and then turn into Pelguranna Street. There is also a library sign at the beginning of Tuulemaa Street on the left. When driving along Kangru Street, follow the traffic signs carefully.
