In some of our libraries, you can use a free group room to study or work. If you want to hold a paid training or event in a group room, there is a charge for using the group room. The information on group rooms tells you which rooms you can rent.
Contact the library with an idea for a free public event.
Use of the group room
- You can use the group room if you are registered as a reader.
- You can use the group room during library opening hours. Book the room in advance!
- If you are more than 10 minutes late, the library reserves the right to cancel your reservation.
- To use the room, present your reader card or ID card.
- Keep the key to the group room safe so it doesn’t get lost or fall into the wrong hands. Lock the door when you leave the group room. The library is not responsible for personal belongings left in the group room.
- When you start using the group room, take a look around the room. If you notice anything broken or damaged, let the librarian know immediately.
- Make sure that the group room is in the same condition at the end of use as before. Breakage or damage to the group room and the equipment in it will result in material liability.
