Korean literature reading game “K-Bingo”

The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Estonia has donated more than 100 books in Korean and related to Korea to the Liivalaia Library. To celebrate the donation, there will be From 22th of January to 21th of May A reading game “K-Bingo” covering all the Korean literature of Tallinn Libraries. The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Estonia will give away a number of prizes among the participants.

The reading game is based on bingo leaflet with 25 different theme boxes. Several different works fit under each topic. The aim is to read as many books as possible that correspond to the different themes, and to give feedback to the library.
At the end of the game, prizes will be drawn among all participants.
In addition, four special prizes will be awarded:
- two for the best feedback providers🏆🏆
- two for the most read participants 🏆🏆
How to participate?
- Borrow from our libraries or from the OverDrive eLibrary Korean authors or Korean-themed works that fit the “K-Bingo” theme box.
- After reading, fill in the short feedback form.in the library or online.
- If a book you’ve read inspires you in a particular way, you could write a longer review, make a video or present the content of the work in another creative way. Send it to vo@tln.lib.ee or share on social media using the hashtag #LiivalaiaKBingo and tag @tallinnaraamatukogud.
- Fill as many squares as you can on the bingo sheet.
