- If you live in Tallinn and are temporarily or permanently unable to move and cannot visit the library, you can use the library’s free home delivery service.
Accessibility in Our Libraries:
- Kadrioru Library is wheelchair and stroller accessible
- The library has an accessible restroom
- You can park next to the building, where there is a designated spot for people with mobility impairments
- The Kalamaja Library has an accessible restroom and a wheelchair lift. We can assist you with using the wheelchair lift; please call 683 0970 when you arrive.
- Parking in front of the library is paid
- You can enter the library via the ramp. The second floor is accessible by wheelchair lift; please ask a librarian for assistance.
- The accessible restroom is on the first floor
- You can park in the library courtyard
- You can access the library via a ramp. It is difficult to enter through the main door without assistance. It is helpful to have someone accompany you. If necessary, call 635 0020
- You can park behind the house
- We do not have a wheelchair-accessible restroom

There is a sign about the ramp on the lower window, and phone numbers are posted next to the door at the end of the ramp. When you arrive , call 683 0912 or 683 0920, and we’ll come out to meet you within about 5 minutes.

- If you are in a wheelchair or with a stroller, you can access the library via the ramp on the right side of the stairs. Dear wheelchair user, we recommend that someone accompany you when visiting the library. If you’re coming alone, please call 674 0933 when you arrive so we can come out to meet you, as the ramp is quite steep.
